Departure for the French Riviera - one of the most beautiful and iconic areas of the Mediterranean. Arrival in Nice, also called “the pearl of the Côte d'Azur”. A walking tour begins around the old port, followed by the climb up Castle Hill (Colline du Château), which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the “Bay of Angels” and the city's seafront. A look at the picturesque waterfall and the place where, according to the ancient Greeks, Nice was founded.

We continue to the Old Town to see some of its most iconic sights: the seafront Promenade des Anglais, the colourful Cours Saleya market, the Cathedral of St Reparata, the Paillon park and Place Masséna - the heart of modern Nice. Free time for lunch and strolling on your own.

Then we continue to charming Saint-Paul-de-Vence - a picturesque small town in the south of France, in Provence. It is one of the oldest towns on the French Riviera. Saint-Paul-de-Vence is very popular for its appeal to celebrities, its beauty and its closeness to the resorts of the Côte d'Azur. We will take a walking tour through its narrow cobbled lanes and feel the medieval spirit of this fairy-tale place, passing many shops selling souvenirs, clothes and leather goods, art galleries, cafés and more.

Return to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay.

Day 4: Sanremo - Rapallo - Portofino - Sanremo

We will leave Sanremo for Rapallo - a modern tourist destination with beautiful beaches, stylish hotels and two harbours. On arrival we will sail by boat to Portofino - a paradise that has become a true dream for the world's elite thanks to its stunning nature and incredible tranquillity. It is often called “the Pearl of Italy”. Our walk will take us through the Piazza della Libertà and up the hill to the Church of San Giorgio, where we will enjoy a wonderful panoramic view. Free time. Then we will return by boat to Rapallo for a walking tour. Free time.

Return to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay.

Day 5: Sanremo - Monaco - Èze - Sanremo

Breakfast. Free time or the option of an additional excursion to Monaco and Èze.

Our visit to the Principality of Monaco is divided into two parts. The first includes the old historic quarter of Monaco-Ville with its most important sights: the imposing building of the Oceanographic Museum and Institute, the Exotic Garden and the Cathedral of St Nicholas, where the rulers of the Grimaldi dynasty are laid to rest, among them the beloved Princess Grace Kelly. Our walking tour ends in front of the Palace, which holds a vast wealth of priceless gifts presented to the rulers of Monaco over the years. You will then have free time to visit some of the sights or simply enjoy the wonderful views from the terraces.

The second part includes a drive (by coach) past Port Hercule with its ultra-expensive yachts, the start-finish straight of the Formula 1 circuit and the iconic Louis II tunnel. Our walking tour then begins in one of the most exclusive places in Europe - Monte Carlo, where we will see the famous casino of the same name with its admirable architecture, as well as the Hôtel and Café de Paris. The luxury and splendour do not stop there: supercars will race past you, and the prestigious boutiques of famous brands add even more sparkle to this unique place.

Our excursion continues to the medieval village of Èze in south-eastern Provence, high above the steep cliffs of the Mediterranean. It skilfully combines the charm of Provence and the French Riviera. Èze links two places in one - the seaside town of Èze-sur-Mer and the hilltop medieval village of Èze-le-Village, which offers breathtaking panoramic views. It is these beautiful views that attract writers and artists, and the charm and romance of the typical southern French villages surrounded by medieval walls make the village a popular tourist destination. We will visit the Fragonard factory, which reveals the history of the French perfume industry. The tour of the perfume factory includes a visit to the cosmetics laboratory, where perfumes, soaps, creams and other cosmetic products are made.

Return to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay.

Day 6: Sanremo - Cannes - Antibes - Sanremo

Breakfast. Free time or the option of an additional excursion to Cannes and Antibes.

We set off for the pearls of the French Riviera. Antibes is a picturesque town on the French Riviera, between Nice and Cannes. With its golden beaches, charming old town with narrow cobbled lanes and lively markets, Antibes combines history, culture and Mediterranean romance. It is a place that has inspired many world-famous artists. Interestingly, Pablo Picasso lived in Antibes for six months and was charmed by it; when he left, he gave some of his works to the town. In 1966 the first museum dedicated to the famous artist opened here. As well as the Picasso Museum and the impressive Port Vauban marina, the town is also known for “the devil's drink” - absinthe. On our tour we will see the harbour, the Old Town, Antibes Cathedral, the Picasso Museum (from the outside only), the Marché provençal market and more. Free time.

In the afternoon we will visit Cannes - a city that radiates elegance, charm and luxury. We will stroll along the seafront Boulevard de la Croisette and see the casino, the Festival complex, where the most important European film award, the “Palme d'Or”, is presented every year, and the medieval Le Suquet quarter, and from the top of the hill we will take magnificent panoramic photos. Free time.

Return to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay.

Day 7: Sanremo - Menton - Villefranche - Sanremo

Breakfast. Free time or the option of an additional excursion to Menton and Villefranche.

Our first stop today is Menton, the “pearl” of the French Riviera, located on the border between Italy and France. Its mild climate, old centre with narrow lanes and picturesque façades in warm pastel colours give it an incomparable southern charm. It is a town of art, fairy-tale estates and the scent of citrus. Menton is known as the lemon garden of the Mediterranean and every year hosts the world's only lemon festival.

In the afternoon we will visit Villefranche - a charming coastal town on the Côte d'Azur, known for its picturesque bay, colourful façades and genuine Mediterranean atmosphere. During the visit you can stroll through the old town with its narrow lanes, enjoy panoramic views of the azure sea and feel the relaxed rhythm of the French Riviera.

Return to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay.

Nice, the capital of the Côte d'Azur, is often called “the beauty of the Riviera”. It attracts millions of visitors every year with its clean air, mild Mediterranean climate and picturesque scenery, and it is no coincidence that many famous artists and writers found inspiration here. Among the great names who worked in Nice are Marc Chagall, Henri Matisse, Niki de Saint Phalle and Arman. Frank Harris wrote several books in Nice, including his autobiography My Life and Loves. Friedrich Nietzsche spent six consecutive winters in the city and wrote “Thus Spoke Zarathustra” here. The Russian writer Anton Chekhov finished his play “Three Sisters” while living in Nice. Nice was also declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2021.

We will take a walk around the old port and climb Castle Hill (Colline du Château), with breathtaking panoramic views of the “Bay of Angels” and the city's seafront. We will see the picturesque waterfall and the place where, according to the ancient Greeks, Nice was born.

Here the streets are narrow and cobbled and the buildings have kept their unique medieval look, which will surely take you back in time. Saint-Paul-de-Vence is a true work of art. Although the town is only 180 m above sea level, the views from its ramparts are exceptional - you can see part of Nice and the Côte d'Azur. Saint-Paul-de-Vence flourished in the early 20th century, when Parisian artists came here in search of inspiration, among them Marc Chagall, Paul Signac, Modigliani and many more. Interestingly, they dined at the La Colombe d'Or restaurant (The Golden Dove). Often they could not pay the bill and gave their works in exchange for food. Today this former inn has a rich collection of priceless works. The place is also known among the stars of world cinema, and members of the Cannes Festival jury come here for dinner during the event.

Rapallo is in the Liguria region and is the largest seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante. It was a favourite place of writers, including Ernest Hemingway and Friedrich Nietzsche (who found inspiration here for “Thus Spoke Zarathustra”). The town captivates with the aristocratic look typical of the Riviera, reflected in the architecture of the villas and grand hotels built in the 19th century. Today Rapallo is a modern destination with beautiful beaches, stylish hotels and two ports. The resort is also known for its beautiful golf course, considered one of the best in the world. Rapallo's old town is very interesting to explore, full of narrow streets, small shops and cosy cafés.

After arriving in Rapallo we will sail by boat to Portofino - a paradise that has become a true dream of the world's elite thanks to its stunning nature and incredible tranquillity. The town is often called “the pearl of Italy”. It began as a small fishing village on the Ligurian Riviera but became popular and turned into a symbol of refinement and luxury. Its name comes from the Latin “Portus Delphini”, meaning “port of the dolphins”, as there used to be many of these friendly mammals here. With its picturesque harbour surrounded by pastel-coloured houses, luxury yachts and boutiques, Portofino is a favourite holiday spot for the rich and famous.

Our walk will cross Piazza della Libertà and climb the hill to the Church of San Giorgio, where we will enjoy a wonderful panoramic view. Free time follows. We will then return by boat to Rapallo, where there will be a walking tour and free time to enjoy the town.
